We use your data to: identify which credit card earns the most rewards at each merchant, calculate your Smart Usage Score, categorize transactions into spending groups, and display your total rewards earned across all cards.

3. Plaid Integration

Kaldex uses Plaid to securely connect to your financial accounts. Plaid is the same service used by Venmo, Robinhood, and thousands of other financial apps. We can only read your transactions — we never have access to move money, make payments, or see your full account numbers. Plaid's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy at plaid.com/legal.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or financial information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only with: Plaid (to facilitate account connections), service providers necessary to operate the app, and law enforcement when required by law.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

You can disconnect your accounts and delete your data at any time through the app settings. When you delete your account, we remove all your personal and transaction data from our servers.
